The primary function of this role is to lead and coordinate the installation of countertops, sinks, and other stone products at our customer job sites.  Success for the Lead Countertop Installer is measured by their Safety record while delivering the highest Quality install to our Customers.  Professional appearance and communication are important for this role.  This is a physically demanding role.

The basic function of the Production CNC, Fusion, Fastback Operator is to assist the Production Supervisor including to provide the necessary leadership to direct, organize, coordinate, and control the work in the fabrication shop in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner as directed by the Production Supervisor as well as other duties as directed by the Production Supervisor. The Production CNC, Fusion, Fastback Operator will coordinate with the assigned resources in such a manner that the highest quality work feasible is provided within the shortest time feasible with no safety violations or accidents and within the established budgets.  He is responsible for daily inspections of the work performed and will operate all equipment listed in his job title. He is also responsible for checking all material prior to loading any machine making sure the material is correct for the project. He will also assist the Production Shop Foreman making sure material is staged in a timely manner prior to the start of the actual production of all projects. The Production CNC, Fusion, Fastback Operator will also assist other Production employees involved in the production of all projects. The Production CNC, Fusion, Fastback Operator will have a willingness to participate in other duties that benefit production as directed by the Production Supervisor

This position will be responsible for accurately measuring and creating templates for countertops using an LT-2D3D digital laser template machine and other tools as needed as well as helping the homeowner or builder make decisions and answering any questions. Paperwork and templates will need to be processed and uploaded to our CRM system, Stone App, daily.

The basic function of the Production Supervisor is to provide the necessary leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control the work in the fabrication shops in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.  The Production Supervisor will coordinate the assigned resources in such a manner that the highest quality work feasible is provided within the shortest time feasible with no safety violations or accidents and within the established budgets.  He is responsible for scheduling including initial contact with customer after the sale as well as contacting customers and clients for the length of the project, supervising, guiding, monitoring the personnel, and daily inspections of the work performed including quality control. He will approve the time cards for all personnel reporting to the Production Supervisor.  He will also be responsible to provide reports to the President regarding daily and weekly production levels. These reports will be designed by the President and Production Supervisor. He will have daily communication with the Sales Manager.  Attend all meetings as required and lead daily meeting with all Production team members regarding roles, responsibilities and duties required daily. Report all accidents and incidents to President and Financial Manager. Perform semi-annual reviews for all Production personnel with another manager present.
